OSCE Chair Discusses Human Rights, Elections in Tajikistan

Dushanbe, 19 April - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel, the OSCE chairman, discussed human rights, elections and democratic processes with Tajik President Amomali Rahmonov on Tuesday. Political pluralism, democratic elections and free media are prerequisites for long-term stability, Rupel stressed in talks with the Tajik president.
