Ljubljana, 13 February - At yesterday's session of the Slovenian parliament a group of independent members proposed that the parliament should make a constructive declaration of no confidence in the Prime Minister of Slovenia Lojze Peterle. The group suggested that the new Prime Minister should be Mr. Marko VoljĨ.
