Croatians and Serbs to face trial before Croatian military courts
Zagreb, 14 February - Supreme Commander of the Croatian Armed Forces Branimir Glavaš has announced that all Serbs who fled Osijek and failed to take up arms to defend the city will be denied the right to return to their homes, while those who fought against the Croatian forces will be put on trial as war criminals.
