Prime Minister Drnovšek's Speech at the Congress of the Liberal International in Iceland

In his speech at the Congress of the Liberal International Thursday in Reykjavik, Slovene Prime Minister Janez Drnovšek suggested that liberal democracy with its tradition of tolerance can provide new political and social forms of organization to fit the dawning post-Nation-State epoch. At the congress, Prime Minister Drnovšek, president of the Slovene Liberal Democracy (LDS), will run for a vice president of the Liberal International.
