Telco's Chief Supervisor Claims Mobitel Controls Parent Company

Ljubljana, 7 May - The new chair of the supervisory board of the Slovenian telco finds the relationship between Telekom Slovenije and its subsidiaries rather unusual. "I have the feeling that the largest subsidiary in fact controls its owner," Miro Rozman said in reference to wireless provider Mobitel in an interview for the Saturday edition of daily Dnevnik.
