Officials Hail EU as Promoter of Peace and Stability

Ljubljana, 9 May - Slovenian officials have underscored the importance of the EU for peace and stability in Europe in their Europe Day addresses. According to them, the EU manifests the overcoming of hatreds and totalitarian regimes that had led to past wars, including WWII, the end of which coincides with Europe Day.
