Germany Thrashes Slovenia at Hockey Worlds

Innsbruck, 9 May - After a promising comeback win against Denmark on Friday, Slovenia returned to old ways on Monday, suffering their fourth defeat in five games at the World Hockey Championships. Slovenia were thrashed by Germany 1:9 (0:3, 0:5, 1:1) in the second game of the relegation round.
