MARIBOR - The government cabinet is to pay a visit to the eastern region of Podravje. A working session of the government (9:30 AM) is to be followed by separate meetings of ministers with local mayors and businessmen. PM Janez Jansa is to visit the Maribor airport, the University of Maribor and meet with the management of state-owned bank NKBM. A press conference featuring PM Jansa, Economics Minister Andrej Vizjak, Education Minister Milan Zver and Regional Government Minister Ivan Zagar is scheduled for 4 PM. (STA)
LJUBLJANA - President of the Finnish parliament's friendship group with Slovenia, Tuija Brax, is to pay a visit at the invitation of her opposite number Ljubo Germic.
