American Professor on Ways to Reform OSCE

Ljubljana, 11 May - American professor Terrence P. Hopmann estimated in an interview for Wednesday's edition of Dnevnik that Russia should be given a greater role in the OSCE. He also noted the organisation's staff should include more professionals.
