Delo on Govt's Visit to Podravje

Ljubljana, 12 May - Delo welcomes the visit of the government to the troubled northeastern region of Podravje so early in its term. Yet it notes that although the city of Maribor has shed mindsets such as thinking that moving some ministries from Ljubljana constitutes decentralisation, it is still a prematurely born baby remaining in an incubator despite signs of a new vitality.
