Rupel Says Agreement Reached on OSCE Budget

Ljubljana, 12 May - OSCE participating states reached agreement on the OSCE budget for this year in Vienna today, Slovenian Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel, the OSCE chairman, said on Thursday in Ljubljana.
