Dnevnik: "Historical Debt"

Ljubljana, 13 May - Even if the Austrian State Treaty was a result of "diplomatic horse trading", Austria's implementation of all minority rights set down in it remains "a historical debt" to the Slovenian minority and Slovenia, Friday's Dnevnik observes a couple of days prior to the 50th anniversary of the treaty.
