Ljubljana, 15 May - The government adopted this week a supplementary budget bill for 2005 which sets the budget deficit at EUR 383.49m or 1.4% of GDP, somewhat lower than initially planned despite higher spending. In other news, the Constitutional Court ruled that shops can be open only up to 10 Sundays per year as of 2006, while the competition watchdog cleared brewer Pivovarna Lasko's takeover of rival Slovenian brewer Pivovarna Union.
