Drnovsek: Slovenia Needs Skilled Army Despite Peace
Postojna, 15 May - Slovenia has to have a highly-skilled and professional armed forces despite the yearning of Slovenians for peace and harmony with other nations, President Janez Drnovsek has said. Speaking at the Armed Forces Day ceremony at Postojna airfield on Sunday, Drnovsek said the world is still a dangerous and complex place that requires each country to provide for its security.
