Delo Acquires Nearly 20% of Vecer

Ljubljana, 17 May - Slovenia's leading newspaper publisher, Delo, has acquired 19.9% of the rival company Vecer of Maribor, paying SIT 665m (EUR 2.78m) for the total of 51,180 shares. In a notice published on Tuesday, Delo estimates that the deal is a good financial investment.
