Economists Call for Structural Reforms

Portorož, 19 May - Considering its competitiveness, Slovenia urgently needs structural reforms, according to economist Joze P. Damijan. "It is necessary to establish a more favourable macroeconomic environment, more flexible labour market, efficient capital market, promote technological development and withdraw the state from corporate structures," he told the annual meeting of supervisory board members on Thursday.
