Ljubljana, 21 May - The Slovenian Democrats of Prime Minister Janez Jansa and the junior coalition Pensioners' Party held congresses last week to decide on party leadership and programmes. Jansa was reelected president for a fifth consecutive term, while Karl Erjavec became the new leader of DeSUS. The parliament held regular May session, while Health Minister Andrej Brucan unveiled the long-awaited changes to the health care act.
