Slovenica and Adriatic to Move Closer towards Merger

Ljubljana, 24 May - The supervisory boards of insurance companies Adriatia and Slovenica, the No. 3 and 4 insurance companies in Slovenia, will hold separate meetings on Tuesday to decide on a merger that would create the second-largest insurance group in the country.
