Slovenian Climber Dies on the Everest
Ljubljana/Lhasa, 23 May - A Slovenian climber has been found dead near the peak of Mt. Everest. The body of Marko Lihteneker, 45, who failed to return to the 8,300 metre camp after a successful ascent to the highest mountain in the world on 21 May, was discovered by the sherpas of a Chinese expedition on Sunday.
