Paper Suggests Slovenica-Adriatic Merger to Help Create NKBM Group

Koper, 25 May - A regional paper notes that the merger of insurance companies Slovenica and Adriatic is only a part of changes on Slovenia's financial map. The creation of a second largest insurance company in the country will enable the implementation of scenarios that for years have only been in some people's heads, Primorske novice says on Wednesday.
