NATO Parliamentary Assembly Discusses EU-NATO Relations

Ljubljana, 29 May - A lively debate unravelled as the NATO Parliamentary Assembly's political committee was in session on Sunday. While several US representatives voiced concern over the EU's plans for a common security policy, European delegates insisted that Europe's goal is to strengthen the European pillar of NATO, not to replace it.
