Ljubljana, 30 May - The French rejection of the EU constitution represents a crisis in the development of the EU and time will tell whether this would be a small crisis or a big one, the chairman of the parliamentary EU affairs committee has said. According to Anton Kokalj, it is now imperative that the other member states press ahead with the ratification of the document in spite of the French "no".
