Vecer Selling Its Stake in Dnevnik

Maribor, 1 June - Newspaper publisher Vecer made an offer in its Wednesday edition to sell its shares of the Dnevnik newspaper company. Vecer, represented by a Maribor-based stockbroker, is offering 21,680 ordinary registered shares, which represent 6.52% of Dnevnik's capital.
