Telco Acquires IT Company Avtenta.si

Ljubljana, 1 June - Telekom Slovenije, the fixed-line national telco, has acquired 75% of Avtenta.si, a company specialising in system integration, for an undisclosed sum. The telco said is this was a move towards speeding up and supporting the transfer of its users to IP communication solutions.
