OSCE Appoints de Brichambaut Secretary General

Vienna, 2 June - The OSCE has appointed a new head to run its day-to-day business. Frenchman Marc Perrin de Brichambaut was named by the OSCE permanent council to succeed Jan Kubis in the post of secretary general of this security organisation, the Foreign Ministry told STA on Thursday.
