OSCE Names de Brichambaut Secretary General
Vienna, 2 June - The OSCE has moved a step closer to getting a new head to manage its day-to-day business. Frenchman Marc Perrin de Brichambaut was named by the OSCE Permanent Council to succeed Jan Kubis as secretary general of this security organisation. The decision will enter into force on 10 June if none of the 55 participating states file an official objection, the Foreign Ministry told STA on Thursday.
