Delo on Pan-European Referendum as Solution to EU Crisis

Ljubljana, 3 June - The national daily Delo says on Friday the two "no" votes on the European constitution are actually the beginning of a European crisis, a solution to which might be a pan-European referendum, held in all EU member states on the same day.
