Ljubljana, 3 June - The latest proposal for the common EU budget as presented by the Luxembourg EU presidency is the worst so far, according to an opposition MP, who on Friday criticised the government for not reacting to a proposal that cuts funding in two key areas for Slovenia: cohesion and development.
