SKOPJE, Macedonia - The standing committee of high representatives for Yugoslav succession is to meet for the first time after the framework succession agreement came into force. Miha Pogacnik will represent Slovenia.
LUXEMBOURG, Luxembourg - Economics Minister Andrej Vizjak is to attend a session of the EU Council for Competitiveness which is to discuss the 7th framework programme for science and research.
LJUBLJANA - The 61st congress of the International Federation of Film Archives (FIAF) is to begin at 9 AM, with over 200 representatives attending. Culture Minister Vasko Simoniti will be key-note speaker. (STA)
LJUBLJANA - Finance Minister Andrej Bajuk is to speak about several budget-related topics at 11 AM, including a draft strategy for internal oversight of public finances in the 2005-2008 period.

CETINJE, Serbia-Montenegro - Foreign Ministry State Secretary Bozo Cerar is to attend a ministerial meeting of members of the Adriatic-Ionian Initiative.
BLED - The 18th e-business conference is to begin at 9 AM under the title of "eIntegration in Action".
LJUBLJANA - The 21st international festival of world music "Druga godba" is to get under way at 8:30 PM at the Krizanke open-air venue.
