LUXEMBOURG, Luxembourg - PM Janez Jansa is to meet the EU presiding Luxembourg PM Jean-Claude Juncker to discuss negotiations on the EU's new financial perspective and the situation after two "no" votes on the European constitution. A press statement is scheduled for 11 AM. (STA)

SLOVENSKA BISTRICA - European Commissioner for Regional Policy Danuta Huebner is to pay a working visit at the invitation of Minister for Local Government and Regional Policy Ivan Zagar. A statement for the press is scheduled for 3 PM. (STA)

CORDOBA, Spain - Slovenian FM and OSCE chairman Dimitrij Rupel is to address the OSCE conference on fighting anti-semitism and other forms of intolerance.

LUXEMBOURG, Luxembourg - An informal meeting of ministers of public administration to be attended by Slovenia's Public Administration Minister Gregor Virant.

LJUBLJANA - Minister of Higher Education, Science and technology Jure Zupan and the head of the ministry's information society directorate Jure Zrimsek are to present the department's current projects; at noon.

PORTOROZ - The opening at 1 PM of the 11th Day of Public Law, with keynote addresses by the dean of the Ljubljana Faculty of Law Franjo Stiblar and Justice Minister Lovro Sturm.

LJUBLJANA - Joze Bogataj, the chief inspector at the Inspectorate for personal data safety, is to present the inspection's work in 2004 at a press conference scheduled for 11 AM.

LJUBLJANA - The Peace Institute is to stage a press conference at noon to present its latest publication, entitled "Public and Private in the Media - Legal Regulations and Practice in Slovenia".

FERNETICI/FERNETI - Slovenian and Italian hauliers are expected to stage a joint blockade at the Fernetici/Fernetti border crossing at 8 AM, to protest against the collection of border crossing fees.

LJUBLJANA - The Mountain Rescue Service (GRS) is to present an analysis of accidents in 2004 at a press conference at 11 AM.

LJUBLJANA - A conference at 9 AM upon the conclusion of a project designed to upgrade property records, to be opened by Environment and Spatial Planning Minister Janez Podobnik.

MARIBOR - The traditional "Ondina Otta" competition of opera singers is to begin.
