MIP and Perutnina Ptuj Join Forces to Boost Ham Quality

Ptuj, 8 June - MIP and Perutnina Ptuj, two of the country's largest meat-processing companies, on Wednesday signed an agreement setting up a consortium that will coordinate activities and standards for the breeding of pigs used for the production of dry-cured ham with Slovenian geographical origin.
