FM Illuminates Intent of Declaration to Avoid Incidents

Ljubljana, 9 June - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel has said that the declaration on the avoidance of incidents that the governments of Slovenia and Croatia will sign tomorrow is based on the position in principle that both sides respect the situation on the ground as of 25 June 1991.
