Delo on Independence Day Misunderstanding with Croatia

Ljubljana, 10 June - Nobody could argue with the necessity of a declaration to avoid incidents between Croatia and Slovenia that is to be signed by the two countries' governments today, the daily Delo observes. However, it wonders whether the document would actually help when the two countries interpret differently the situation along the border on the day when both declared independence.
