Ondina Otta Grand Prix Not Conferred

Maribor, 12 June - The jury of the 5th Ondina Otta opera singers contest has not conferred the major award this year, while it granted second prize to Slovenian soprano Mihaela Komocar and South Korean tenor Sang-Keun Shin. Soprano Theresa Plut, who used to live in Canada, but moved to Slovenia, placed third.
