KD Holding Buys a Third of Insurer Adriatic

Ljubljana, 15 June - Financial firm KD Holding, a part of KD Group, has acquired a 33.54% stake in insurer Adriatic, becoming the second largest shareholder just months before Adriatic merges with Slovenica under the auspices of KD Group.
