European Constitution Not Born Yet, Jansa Says
Brussels, 17 June - The European constitution has not been born yet; this will happen only once the parliament of each and every EU member state ratifies it, Prime Minister Janez Jansa has said. Given the current situation, it is difficult to form a long-term standpoint to the dilemma of what to do in the aftermath of the French and Dutch rejection of the constitution, he added.
