Ljubljana, 18 June - EU budget talks had been expected to fail given that the upcoming EU presidency of Great Britain is too much of a temptation for British Prime Minister Tony Blair to prove the importance and strength of London in the bloc, Slovenian member of the European Parliament Jelko Kacin has said.
