National Egotisms and Mediocre Politicians Prevailed, MEP Brejc Says

Ljubljana, 18 June - The failure of EU leaders to reach an agreement on EU spending for 2007-2013 shows that the European Council is unable to deal with such issues alone and that other EU institutions, particularly the European Parliament, must be involved, Slovenian MEP Miha Brejc has said.
