EU Summit Failure Comes as No Surprise, SNS Says

Ljubljana, 18 June - The hardline National Party (SNS) is not surprised that EU budget talks fell through, its lawmaker Bogdan Barovic told STA on Saturday. The party had warned before the summit that the double rejection of the EU constitution could well stop an agreement from being reached.
