Ljubljana, 20 June - It has been clear since the French and Dutch referendum that the EU is in a political crisis which will be difficult to get out of. Therefore, no one was surprised that the governments of the EU member states have decided to take a year long time out, giving the people a chance to change their mind, observes the daily Dnevnik on Monday.
