Companies Act to Be Overhauled

Ljubljana, 20 June - The Economics Ministry on Monday presented the proposal for a thoroughly amended companies act which is to enter into force next year. The act will be passed in regular legislative procedure to give stakeholders the opportunity to voice their comments, according to Dusan Psenicnik, the head of the ministry's companies act task force.
