Parliament Passes Bill on Same-Sex Unions

Ljubljana, 22 June - Parliament concluded its June session on Wednesday by passing a bill on same-sex partnerships. The government-sponsored bill was backed in a vote 44:3 after the centre-left opposition parties staged a walk-out earlier in the debate.
