Ljubljana, 23 June - Yesterday's passing of a new bill on the public broadcaster is a true (but not the first) demonstration of the nodding of the spineless. While one side has drafted the bill in secret, which is somewhat upsetting if not absurd, the role of the other side has turned into a supporting one, the daily Dnevnik observes on Thursday.
