Protej Publishes Takeover Bid for Autocommerce

Ljubljana, 23 June - Protej, the biggest shareholder of Autocommerce, published a public bid to acquire all shares of the car, tourism, IT and finance group Autocommerce, in which it already owns a 24.99% stake.
