Biennial of Graphic Arts Claims 2005 Event Very Democratic

Ljubljana, 23 June - "The concept of this year's biennial is cutting-edge, postmodern, post-colonial, plural and exceptionally democratic," director of the International Centre of Graphic Arts (MGLC) Lilijana Stepancic characterised the concept of the 26th Ljubljana International Biennial of Graphic Arts at Thursday's press conference.
