OSCE Chairman Saddened by Death of Nikolay Afanasievsky

Ljubljana, 23 June - Foreign Ministry Dimitrij Rupel, the OSCE chairman, expressed sadness on Thursday at the death of Ambassador Nikolay Afanasievsky, the Russian member of the OSCE Panel of Eminent Persons making recommendations on the organisation's reform.
