Govt Proposes Division in Two Cohesion Regions
Ljubljana, 23 June - The government on Thursday passed the bill on the promotion of balanced regional development that envisages the country's division into two cohesion regions in order to facilitate the phasing of EU funds. Ivan Zagar, the minister of local government and regional policy, hopes the bill will be passed in parliament in July.
