Godec Wins Med Games Bronze in 50m Freestyle

Almeria, 25 June - Slovenian swimmer Jernej Godec set a new personal best of 22.71s en route to third place in the men's 50 metres freestyle at the Mediterranean Games in Almeria on Saturday. The 19-year-old Godec finished 0.4s behind the winner Iles Salim of Algeria. Eduard Lorente of Spain was second with a time of 22.52s.
