LJUBLJANA - The panel of eminent persons are to hand to OSCE chairman and Slovenian FM Dimitrij Rupel a report on how to make this security organisation more efficient.
LJUBLJANA - The Economic and Social Council is to debate several legislative changes to employment, social security and health care. The drafting of a new social agreement (2006-2008) is also on its agenda.

LJUBLJANA - A four-day conference of the NATO-Russia Council on the fight against terror is to get under way, organised by the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies and the US-led NATO mission in cooperation with the Foreign Ministry.
