Slovenica and Adriatic Shareholders to Vote on Merger

Ljubljana, 28 June - Shareholders of insurance companies Adriatic and Slovenica are to vote, at separate meetings on Tuesday, on the proposed merger between the two. The merger, already endorsed by both supervisory boards in May, will create the second-largest insurance group in the country with a 17% market share.
